These pulleys will work on 2004 to mid 2006 dual alternator GMC C-5500’s. They come with spacers and bolts to ensure proper installation. These pulleys are made with a different composite then the original pulley. This allows them to hold up the heat better so that the bearings last longer. 21099IP
